Training

   A large majority of projects have different types of training services included in their requirements. These may range from user to administrative to service and maintenance training.

   Depending on the equipment that was installed or integrated, the training phase may be one of the most challenging phases of the project. Training may involve computer based interactive training or highly specialized hands on technical trouleshooting training. These training scenarios require a knowledge of the equipment as well as specialized training materials. Developing these materials can be very time consuming and complicated.
